GENOA— What is happening in the classroom at Twin River is being felt on the other side of the world.
Twin River students have been participating in freerice.com, where answering questions will lead to 10 grains of rice being donated for each correct response. In just over three years, students in Genoa have answered 100,000 questions correctly, which translates into one million grains of rice.
