CENTRAL CITY — There is a new scoring champ in Fullerton.
When Kane Wetovick drove to the basket with 7:04 remaining in the first half, the Fullerton junior etched his name in Warriors’ history. With that basket he tied Brandon Rasmussen’s school record of 1,280 career points. Just over two minutes later Wetovick stood alone at the top of the list.
