Fullerton earns second straight trip to State with 64-45 road win

    OVERTON — The Warriors are heading back to Lincoln for the second straight year.

    Fullerton pulled off the 64-45 upset on Saturday over Overton in the D1-7 District Final to punch their tickets to State. The Warriors had to wait for McCool Junction and Twin Loup to play the D1-6 District Final on Tuesday (results after deadline) before the pathway to a potential state championship could be revealed.
