FULLERTON — This is the 21st year of offering a golf camp to students in 5th-9th grades A Junior Golf Camp was held at Pawnee Hills for students in 5th through 9th grades on June 15-18 with 18 campers. The camp was broken into 2 groups with 2 rotations.
Fullerton Music Teacher and former Central City High School golfer Colton Kohl was at the driving range teaching the golfers the correct grip, alignment, stance and swing.
Fullerton’s Head Girls & Boys Golf Coach Shawn Ostransky was on the putting green teaching the golfers how to chip and putt around the green, how to read greens, and teaching multiple rules and etiquette from the tee box to the green.
Contests were held on the last day of camp.
