Sharlyn K. Dush

Sharlyn K. Dush, 76, of Fullerton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Arbor Care Center in Fullerton.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Fullerton Cemetery in Fullerton with Reverend William L’Heureux officiating. Palmer-Santin Funeral Home is serving the family.

Sharlyn was born Aug. 30, 1947, to Gerald ‘Bill’ and Marlene (Greer) Snodgrass in Cedar Rapids. She graduated from Belgrade High School in Belgrade in 1965. After, she worked at B-D’s in Columbus for many years. She married John Dush III and to this union, had two children: Jeffrey and Mickey. She lived in Silver Creek and Columbus for many years. Due to bad health later in life, she moved to Arbor Care Center in Fullerton, where she lived for many years until her passing.

Sherry enjoyed many hobbies over the years. She was an avid reader, loved doing jigsaw puzzles, fishing and traveling. She was a beautiful lady and will be missed by all.

She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Dush of Lincoln and Mickey Dush of Scottsdale, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Tori, Michael, and David of Columbus; siblings, Doug Snodgrass of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Geraldine (Harold) Greek of Newman Grove; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Randy, Jim, and Bill Snodgrass.
