So...it seems the Fullerton town council refuses to deal with the decades long water quality issues. The idea that the town continues to operate with only one functional well is dangerous. Additionally the water quality of that one well is a health hazard for the citizens of Fullerton.
The Fullerton town council needs to approve funds for a new water tower, well, and associated infrastructure to ensure the quality of water in Fullerton can be improved.
The fact the town council has allowed this situation to continue for decades is beyond irresponsible, bordering on criminal.
The welfare of the residents of Fullerton should take precedent over EVERYTHING else. If tax rates go up, so be it. FIX THE PROBLEM!
