HASTINGS — Fullerton heads into the holiday break following a 52-37 win over Silver Lake on Saturday at the Heartland Holiday Hoops Classic at Hastings College.
The Class D-2 No. 3 Warriors (7-1) didn’t pull away until the second half. The Mustangs (4-3) matched basket for basket for much of the first half, with Fullerton holding just a 2-point lead heading into the intermission.
