OMAHA — Twin River dropped a pair of games on Thursday, falling 11-4 to Omaha North and 15-2 to Class C No. 3 Central City/Centura in five innings.The Vikings limited the Titans to 6 hits in the contest. Twin River also committed 3 errors on defense.

Titans staying busy on golf course

FULLERTON — Twin River played host to David City and Shelby-Rising City on Monday at Pawnee Hills Golf Course.David City edged Twin River 174 to 193. Shelby-Rising City shot a 210 on the day.Clay Brandenburger finished with a 46 on the day. Corbin Rodriguez shot a 47 and Kadin Buhl had a 49.

Warriors pile-up PRs in Shelby

Warriors shine in Grand Island

GRAND ISLAND — Athletes from 33 schools in central Nebraska gathered at Grand Island Northwest to see where they stack up against the areas best.Fullerton’s Roe Patton finished second in the pole vault, clearing 13-09.00. Four athletes cleared the same height.

Titans top Huskies, 15-0, fall to No. 8 Falcons, 5-2

GENOA — The Titans picked up a big road win on Thursday before dropping a close one on Friday on Senior Night.Twin River defeated Aurora 15-0 in 6 innings on the road on Thursday. The Titans hammered out 11 hits and scored 10 runs in the final two innings.

Warriors finish 5th at invite at St. Paul Country Club

ST. PAUL — Fullerton traveled to St. Paul on Thursday for the St. Paul Invite.Fullerton finished fifth out of eight teams, shooting a 369 on the day. St. Paul took home the team title, shooting a 305.Cayden Scheffler led the way for Fullerton with an 83. Jerrod Land finished with an 89.

Patton out rest of track season

Fullerton junior Roe Patton will miss the rest of the track season after suffering a torn meniscus on Monday while competing at the Central Nebraska Track Championships in Grand Island. He said that he will have his knee scoped next week and will undergo surgery.

Titans have busy week at area invites

Twin River faced off against eight other teams on Wednesday for the David City Invite at the David City Golf Club.The Titans shot a 398. The host team took home the team title, shooting a 313. Clay Brandenburger shot a 90, while Brayden Rinkol finished with a 96.
