Junior Golf Camp teaches golfers fundamentals

A Junior Golf Camp was held at Pawnee Hills for students entering 5th through 9th grades on June 12-15 with 20 campers attending from Nance County area schools. The camp was broken into 4 groups with 4 rotations.

Fullerton/Palmer Flyers 12 and under softball season is in full swing. Last week the girls played Ord at Palmer on Tuesday, dropping a pair of games, 10-7 and 9-6. Then on Thursday they traveled to St. Paul for a pair of games, falling 8-6 in both. ABOVE: Ella Hake gets a hit on Tuesday.

Members of the Sky High Vault Club, including Fullerton’s Roe Patton and Twin River’s Owen O’Kelley, are gearing up for the Aurora Street Vault, held held June 23-24 in Aurora at the Hamilton County Courthouse. Friday, June 24 will feature elementary and middle school jumpers.

Fullerton increases sports admission

FULLERTON — It will cost a little more to attend Warrior home games in the fall. The Fullerton Public Schools Board of Education voted Monday night to increase admission cost to attend sporting events. The new cost is $6 for adults and $5 for students.
