LETTER: Candidate explains why he is running for school board

Hello, my name is David Reilly, and I am running for Fullerton Public Schools School Board. I have been a part of the Fullerton community since 2008 when I started working for the Natural Resource Conservation Services.I have two sons, a 5th grader and a 9th grader in Fullerton Schools.

Reader: Enjoy the rug you stole from the laundromat

This past weekend I took a bathroom rug to the laundromat here in Fullerton, because it is too heavy for my washing machine at home.When I came back to put the rug in the dryer, the rug was gone! Someone had stolen it.Although the rug was old, I certainly hope the person who stole it enjoys it.

Reader: It’s not about Trump

Dear Editor: This is not about Donald Trump. It’s not even about the sad souls seduced by him. The insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol to prevent the peaceful transfer of power were primarily guilty of being gullible. They fell for the fraud. They did not do the defrauding.
