Titans run at Tom Dickey Invite in Albion

ALBION — Twin River traveled to Albion on Friday to run in the Tom Dickey Invite.The Titans finished 7th with a team score of 131. St. Paul won the event with a score of 66.Micah Stenze l f inished 15th for the Titans with a time of 20:26. Caleb Rood finished 16th with a time of 20:28.

Titan runners finish 7th at Bergan Invite

FREMONT — Twin River finished seventh on Thursday at the Bergan Invite at Camp Calvin Crest.Caleb Rood finished 19th with a time of 22:34. Carson Kershaw finished 23rd with a time of 23:14.Twin River will be back in action on Friday when they travel to O’Neil Golf Course for the O’Neil Invite.

Runners battle wet conditions

ALBION — Fullerton and Twin River continued their cross country seasons on Friday at the Boone Central Invite at Albion Country Club.Makayla Robinson finished 23rd with a time of 22:56, which was 41 seconds faster than she ran at the event last year. Morgan Supik finished 37th with a time of 23:40.

Titans, Warriors complete first test

ST. PAUL — Fullerton and Twin River cross country runners got their first taste of competition on Thursday at the St. Paul Invite at the Miletta Vista Winery.Fullerton’s girls team finished fourth in their race. Fullerton’s boys finished seventh, while Twin River finished 10th.

RIVALRIES RENEWED

GENOA — Twin River is leaving the East Husker Conference next year. The Titans have been accepted into the Crossroads Conference, a move that will bring back a number of rivalries from decades past.
