STROMSBURG — Twin River finished fifth overall on Saturday at the Bob Orsborn Classic at Cross County High School.The Titans had three wrestlers win their weight classes. Cade Kunkel (113-pounds), Zach Held (126-pounds), Braxtin Fowler (132-pounds) all finished first.

OSCEOLA — After erasing a 13-point deficit and leading by four points in the final minute of Saturday’s game at Osceola, Twin River was upended by the host Bulldogs 50-48 as Brycen Kula converted a three-point play with 2.9 seconds left in the CRC contest.

GENOA — The Titans girls basketball team lost two games last week by a combined five points.Twin River could not hold onto a 10-point first quarter lead on Thursday in their 45-42 loss to Newman Grove/St. Edward. Then on Friday they dropped a 47-45 game at Madison.
