Veterans hosting coloring contest

The Nance County Veterans Memorial & Military Resource Center is sponsoring a county coloring contest for youth in entering kindergarten through fourth grade.The picture to color may be picked up at the veterans’museum in Fullerton on Sundays until June 29 from 2-4 p.m.

FULLERTON — Attention all goldfish, guppies and tadpoles. There is a new admiral in town.Butch Horacek was presented with a certificate naming him a Nebraska Admiral on Tuesday at the Nance County Board of Supervisors meeting.

Property valuations continue to rise

FULLERTON — Nance County residents will soon learn just how much their property has increased in valuation.Nance County Assessor Megan Zoucha said that many residents will be receiving a Notice of Valuation Change in their mailbox sometime in June.
