Busy April coming to library

We are always looking for new and innovative programs to host in the library. New to the library this year: A photo backdrop for those attending prom! The library will be open from 3:30 – 5:30 pm on Saturday, April 6 for candid prom photos.

Boone Nance Genealogical Society

Ten members of the Boone Nance Genealogical Society gathered at the Fullerton Public Library on March 11th. With March being Women’s History Month, members told stories and memories about female ancestors.

City sets garage sale, clean-up days

FULLERTON — Mark your calendars, clean out your garage and get ready for spring.The city of Fullerton announced that a city-wide cleanup will take place on Saturday, April 27. Dumpsters will be available at the Nance County Fairgrounds, located at 406 N. Ida Street from 8 a.m.

Fullerton’s Future receives more donations

Fullerton finishes fifth at speech district

POLK — Fullerton saw its speech season come to an end on Tuesday at the NSAA District D1-4 meet at High Plains. Fullerton finished fifth in the team sweepstakes with 56 points. Riverside took home the team title with 346 points.

Fullerton adds new teaching program

FULLERTON — Nebraska is facing a teacher shortage and Fullerton Public Schools is being proactive. The Fullerton Schools Board of Education approved a new Pathway to Teaching program on Monday at the board’s monthly meeting.
