Community Builders to meet in Howells on March 21

Community Builders announces the next meeting to be held in Howells on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Registration begins at 3:15 p.m. with a tour of Maple Creek Seeds, 229 North 3rd Street. Tours include Howells Ballroom, Howells Historical Museum, and Eighty8 Bar & Grill.

Toni’s Chocolate Mouse Ingredients 6 oz Semi-sweet choc squares 2 T Kahlua 1 T Orange Juice 2 Eggs 2 Egg Yolks ½ c Sugar 1 t Vanilla 1 c Whipped Cream Directions Melt chocolate in Kahlua and OJ in a 4-cup measuring bowl on medium for 2 minutes in microwave. Stir a minute.

6,800+ Huskers named to fall Deans’ List

LINCOLN — More than 6,800 University of Nebraska-Lincoln students have been named to the Deans’ List for the fall semester of the 2023-24 academic year. Qualification for the Deans’ List varies among the eight undergraduate colleges and the Explore Center.
