Cemetery restoration project finally complete

County meeting postponed

Eagles donates play profits

Eagles is about people helping people. The Eagles recent play was a success thanks to the director and cast, both putting in long hours and hard work. With the profits they presented the Veteran’s Museum and the Ballfield Irrigation project with donations.

Cookie walk funds donated to groups

The Fullerton Community Church Women recently made donations to the Fullerton Veterans Memorial building addition project and to the Fullerton’s Future fundraiser. The funds were raised at the recent annual cookie walk that the Fullerton Community Church women held during Old Fashioned Christmas.

Fullerton students return to classroom on Thursday

Fullerton students return to the classroom on Thursday following time off for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Before the students went on break, NCJ co-owner Rick Holtz stopped by the kindergarten classroom and read “How to Catch a Reindeer.”

Blood drive

Fullerton Red Cross Bloodmobile was held on December 12. Our loyal donors gave 51 units, however we missed our quota once again. Donna Dreiwer and Schuyler Sharp were new donors. Those giving double units were Dennis Gabriel, Ken Pilakowski, Mike Liesch, Jen Dubas, and Lisa Lassek.

Chamber announces light contest winners

FULLERTON — The Nance County Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of their annual Christmas Lights contest. First place was awarded to the Welch Family at 718 Division St. Second place went to Karley Collins and Michael Bristol at 1012 N 1st St. Third place was Jan Furby at 208 5th St.
