Fullerton, Belgrade to see property valuations increase

FULLERTON — Nance County residents will soon learn if their property value increased or decreased compared to last year. Nance County Assessor Megan Zoucha said that notices for valuation change statements will go in the mail on Thursday.

Nebraska awards 3,753 degrees in May ceremonies

LINCOLN – The University of Nebraska-Lincoln conferred a record 3,753 degrees during commencement exercises May 19 and 20. The 3,669 graduates are from 59 countries; 47 states, the District of Columbia and Guam; and more than 240 Nebraska communities.

FULLERTON — Fullerton Public Schools are celebrating three staff members who recently retired from the school district. Jenny Hellbusch, Dave Lassek and Lorie Pomplun all retired earlier this month. Pomplun began at FPS as a substitute teacher.
