Fullerton school board approves vehicle purchases

FULLERTON — Fullerton Public Schools are making changes to their transportation fleet.As a results of changes to federal guidelines, the district moved forward with plans to purchase new vehicles to transport students for activities.

Schools OK cell phone policies

Fullerton and Twin River students will have to put their cell phones away while at school.The Fullerton Board of Education approved changes to the district’s cell phone policy at their meeting last week.

City of Fullerton releases survey results

FULLERTON — The results of a 6-week survey conducted by Northeast Nebraska Economic Development District have been released.The results were initially released by NENEDD Community Planner Tracy Sporleder at an afternoon town hall meeting held Wednesday, July 9.

Street projects delayed by rain

FULLERTON — Heavy rainfall last month has delayed street projects in Fullerton.The $920,244.97 street project was supposed to begin on July 1. City Administrator Patty Noble said that because contractors were delayed last month, the Fullerton project was pushed to later this month.
