Variable Rate Irrigation cost-share program application deadline is March 31

Since 2019, the Lower Loup NRD has offered cost-share to landowners to upgrade their center pivot systems to become Variable Rate Irrigation (VRI) capable to control the speed of their center pivots. Most modern pivots can be updated to a VRI setup if not already so equipped.
