The Nance County Sheriff’s Office will be distributing water in Fullerton.Anyone who needs drinking water can get cases of bottled water at the Nance County Sheriff’s Office.

Library adds Makerspace to create gifts, other items

FULLERTON — Fullerton Public Library has something new to offer.The library now has a Makerspace where patrons can create different items. The library has a laser printer and all the equipment for sublimation (putting an image on mugs, ornaments, bags, t-shirts, etc.).

Dodgeball tournament returns on Nov. 15 at Twin River

Twin River is holding its annual Dodgeball Tournament on Nov. 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the Genoa gyms.Community and Alumni Teams Welcome!Please register your team with Mrs. Shanle by Nov. 11. There is a $25 registration fee per team. Teams must consist of 6-8 people and have at least 2 females.

Fullerton FFA is bringing haunted school tours back on Saturday.Tours will begin in the school cafeteria. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and tours will be given from 7-10 p.m.Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door. Come of a scare if you dare.

The dry and very warm fall we’ve had sets plants up for two types of injury. Winter dessication and cold temperature injury if temperatures make a sudden drop before plants go dormant.We can’t do much about temperatures but with correct fall watering we can reduce the risk of winter drying.

The Fullerton Public Schools 6th grade class took on a community service project and sold handmade bracelets at Fullerton’s recent Fall Festival. The “Bracelet Babes” were very busy and dedicated all their proceeds to Fullerton’s Future Inc.
