Warriors get road win over Mustangs

McCOOL JUNCTION — Fullerton picked up a four-set win on Thursday, defeating McCool Junction 25-22, 25-16, 21-25, 25-11 to improve to 11-5 on the year. McKenna Plumbtree had 27 kills in the win. Lainie Ziemba added 12 kills. Isabel Norman finished with 4 aces.

Tee times for district golf meet announced

Titans host Sub-District on Monday

GENOA — The path is set. The journey to Hastings and ultimately Omaha begins on Monday. No. 7 Twin River (20-7) will play host to Filmore Central/Exeter-Milligan/Friend (17-13) at 4:15 p.m. on Monday in the opening game of the C-7 Sub-District.

Warriors complete busy week

Fullerton had a busy week as the cross country teams competed at the Palmer Invite on Tuesday, the Ord Invite on Friday and the UNK Invite on Monday. Girls team take 2nd, boys take 3rd at Palmer Invite PALMER — Fullerton girls took home second place at the Palmer Invite on Tuesday.

Titans win East Husker Conference Tournament

FULLERTON — The Warriors finished second on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at the Fullerton Invite at Pawnee Hills Golf Course. Keilia Dubas finished 6th overall with a 90. Melinda Pickrel finished 8th with a 97. Columbus Scotus’s Cecilia Arndt won the event with a 69.
