FULLERTON — Parade entries are still be accepted for the Fullerton Fourth of July parade.The parade, sponsored by the Fullerton Area Chamber of Commerce, is set for July 4 at 4 p.m. The parade route begins at the library and will run down Broadway.

City council OKs youth sports organization

FULLERTON — The city of Fullerton has approved the formation of a new youth sports group.The Fullerton City Council approved creating the Fullerton Youth Recreational Sports. The group will serve as a city board and oversee the majority of youth sports leagues in Fullerton.

FULLERTON — Fullerton Mayor KC Rieken has named a new city administrator.Rieken informed the members of the Fullerton City Council that City Clerk/Treasurer Patty Noble has been appointed as the new city administrator.

Clean-up day set for April 5

FULLERTON — The city of Fullerton announced a city-wide cleanup day is scheduled for April 5.Bins for trash and scrap iron will be available beginning at 8 a.m. at the Nance County Fairgrounds.
