Nance County Fair kicks off this week

FULLERTON — Fullerton will be the 4-H capitol of Nance County this week as the Nance County Fair begins.The fairgrounds have already seen the first action with 4-H’ers completing the Fashion Show and Clothing Construction interviews on Tuesday.

Council OKs dog for library

FULLERTON — The Fullerton Public Library is adding a new service that you don’t normally see at smaller libraries.Fletch, a 2-year-old golden lab, will begin making appearances at the library after Labor Day. The Fullerton City Council approved the program at their meeting last week.

Fullerton school board approves vehicle purchases

FULLERTON — Fullerton Public Schools are making changes to their transportation fleet.As a results of changes to federal guidelines, the district moved forward with plans to purchase new vehicles to transport students for activities.
