Genoa Library celebrates Lego Day

GENOA — School year programs are officially underway! We had our first Lego Day on Wednesday, September 6th. The challenge given was to make their names using Legos! It was wonderful seeing how creative the kids could be with the Legos! A few of the names are on display at the library.

FULLERTON — In 1953 Ruth and Gene became engaged and began planning their wedding. Eugene wanted people at their wedding and the two came up with the idea to be married during their regular church services.

Crowds tour Twin River building

GENOA — If a picture is worth a thousand words a tour of the 1929 Twin River school building could be worth $48.5 million. Nearly 250 people were on hand Sunday to tour and discuss the Twin River school building.
