Twenty years ago Nadine’s Country Catering opens southwest of Fullerton. Nadine Myers caters for graduations, reunions, weddings and other special events. Thirty-five students were pictured as graduates from Fullerton Public School on Saturday, May 10th at 2 p.m.

Students Graduate from Central Community College

Central Community College honored graduate candidates May 5 during its annual commencement ceremony at their Grand Island and Columbus campuses. Candidates receiving degrees and diplomas were: Columbus campus: Associate of Applied Science Degree FULLERTON: Luke M. Foland, agricultural services.

Graduation Memories

Graduation is upon us again. Fullerton celebrated the Class of 2023 on Sunday and this weekend Twin River will celebrate their graduates. It brings me back to my own graduations. I have graduated at least twice: high school and college.

Mother’s Day Reflections

A story is told of a secondgrade teacher who presented a science lesson about magnets to her students. After showing them a video on magnets, she gave the children a variety of magnets and objects to use as they explored what types of objects magnets could pick up.

Paraprofessional Appreciation Day honors paraprofessional educators, also referred to as “paras”, who are instructional assistants or teacher’s aides. Paras perform a variety of teacherrelated jobs and assist teachers in classrooms.

Fullerton Public Library to Host Grand Re-Opening

Can you believe that it has been 30 years since the library opened in what was the hospital? After 30 years it was time for a facelift! The Friends of the Library are hosting a Grand Re-Opening on Monday, April 17 from 3 -7 PM.
