Delaney Reeg helped lead the Silver team to a 48-34 win the CCC-Columbus All-Star basketball game last week. Reeg finished with 5 points in the showcase. Reeg also played in the CCCColumbus All-Star softball game on June 5.

LEAVING THEIR MARK

Great athletes make their teammates better.Aiden Norman and Delaney Reeg are great athletes. The pair have been named Nance County Journal 2024 Players of the Year. Aiden Norman Fullerton’s Norman and Twin River’s Reeg both were three-sport athletes.

Changes coming to wrestling next season

LINCOLN — Girls wrestling will get their own state tournament.The NSAA announced last week that they have entered a new 5-year contract with CHI Heath Center Omaha to host the NSAA State Wrestling Championships through the 2028-29 season.
