Fullerton to hire interim superintendent

FULLERTON —Fullerton schools will hire an interim superintendent with nearly 14 years of experience when they meet later this month.The Fullerton Board of Education has come to terms with Lynn Johnson, who served as superintendent at Arlington and Raymond Central.

City council OKs youth sports organization

FULLERTON — The city of Fullerton has approved the formation of a new youth sports group.The Fullerton City Council approved creating the Fullerton Youth Recreational Sports. The group will serve as a city board and oversee the majority of youth sports leagues in Fullerton.

FULLERTON — The Fullerton Volunteer Fire Department is asking for help from the public to identify all past members of the department ahead of Memorial Day.The department recently purchased 100 grave placards to be displayed on Memorial Day at the Fullerton Cemetery.

Bloodmobile collects 54 units

Fullerton Bloodmobile was held April 8th. We collected 54 units, which was under quota, but still amazing. Those giving doubles were Craig Christensen, Zach Bialas, Mike McCray, and Dan Steinbach.
