Fullerton sending Sabata, Gleason to State Speech

SPALDING — Fullerton has two members of the speech team heading for State.Fullerton participated in the D1-4 district at Riverside in Spalding.Lylla Sabata was the district champion in Persuasive Speaking and Extemporaneous Speaking. Everett Gleason finished third in Persuasive Speaking.

FULLERTON — A St. Edward man has pled not guilty to charges in the Nance County District Court.Neal C. Reardon, 23, of St. Edward, is accused of sexual assault and sending inappropriate text messages to two underage girls.

Dale Quick named Nebraska Admiral

Ninety-year-old Dale Quick, a longtime farmer near Hordville became Nebraska’s latestAdmiral in the Nebraska Navy! Dale Quick attended country school before graduating from Hordville High School in 1952.Eighteen months later Dale volunteered for the U.S. Army.

Open houses scheduled for nitrate management
