Cornhusker Power Goodwill Fund trustees awarded $4,879 to 24 organizations at the May 5 meeting.Cornhusker Public Power District CEO/GM Clay Gibbs said, “These organizations are doing great things in the community, and we are very proud to be a part of it.

The Fullerton community joined others around the nation to pause on Monday and remember the veterans who are no longer with us. A light rain could not stop the close to 150 people from gathering at the Fullerton Cemetery. 

Boone-Nance County Genealogical Society

The Boone-Nance County Genealogical Society will meet June 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. for a meeting.This will be a fun and interesting meeting as each member is asked to bring some sort of family heirloom to share with the group.

Pool to open Tuesday

FULLERTON — The city of Fullerton announced that the community swimming pool will open next week.The tentative opening day is Tuesday. The pool will be open from 1-8 p.m. every day.Family passes can be purchased for $150. Individual passes can be purchased for $100. Day passes are available for $5.
