Giving Week coming September 1

UNK Pride of the Plains Marching Band announces show theme, performance schedule

KEARNEY – The University of Nebraska at Kearney Pride of the Plains Marching Band has announced its season schedule, which begins with the Sept. 6 football game against Chadron State.In addition to performing at all Loper home football games, the Pride of the Plains will perform Sept.

Free Community Education–Aug. 28

GRAND ISLAND — CHI Health St. Francis, in partnership with CHI Health Clinic: Nebraska Heart Institute, is offering a free community education session, “The Secrets to Understanding Medicare,” on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 6:30 pm. The session will be held in Conference Room 2/3 at the hospital.
