Flamingos returning to Fullerton

FULLERTON —A rowdy flamboyance of flamingos is making a return to Fullerton.Much like last October, flamingos will begin popping up overnight around Fullerton. And if you want them to move on to another unsuspecting yard, residents can call a Fullerton student.

Fullerton will crown a new homecoming king and queen this weekend. The Coronation and Dance will take place Saturday, Oct. 3 in the old gym with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. Coronation will take place at 8 p.m. and is open to the public.

AWARD WINNING BAND

The Fullerton Marching Band was in action Saturday morning in York for the Yorkfest Parade. They sounded great (as always) and the judges agreed. The Warriors won Class C and were the overall band winner in the parade today. There were 12 bands from central Nebraska at the parade.

Fullerton increases sub pay
