Fullerton BOE makes tax move

FULLERTON — The Fullerton Schools Board of Education voted on Monday to allow the district to exceed a 3 percent increase to the levy.

FULLERTON — A group of Fullerton students left Nebraska as choir students. They return as seasoned performers and world travelers.The group included Isaac Carey, Jaycek Green, Kyle Horn, Lylla Sabata, P.J. Sabata, Wyatt Reilly, Aubrey Theis and Riley Williams.

Fullerton increases sub pay

FULLERTON — Substitute teachers will see a pay bump in Fullerton this year.The Fullerton Board of Education unanimously voted to increase substitute pay to $160 per day for the upcoming school year at their meeting on Monday. It had previously been $148 per day.

FULLERTON — The Fullerton Board of Education voted on Monday on two policies involving artificial intelligence within the district.The board adopted Policy 6038 (Student Use of AI Tools) and Policy 4065 (Staff Use of AI Tools).

Fullerton schools recognized the following students for their academic achievements:Fourth Quarter Honor RollRoll of ExcellenceGrade 12: Georgia Sue Bridger, Everett Bradley-Joseph Gleason, Terrick Scott Gonsior, Ella Jane Pickrel.
It marked the end of a journey for the 16 members of Fullerton’s Class of 2026. Commencement was held Saturday afternoon and it offered the graduating seniors one last chance to be together on campus before they start the next chapter of their adventures.
